This Week April 22, 2025
Dear Folks,
Christ is risen!
On April 26, we will be holding the Second Annual Shredding Event and Food Drive in the church parking lot from 9:00 a.m. to Noon. Rain or shine. Please save your important papers and documents and bring them on that day. The cost will continue to be $10.00 per average box or bag. We cannot dispose of bags or boxes, so you must take them home. Also, no paper clips or metal items can be shredded. We are collecting non-perishable, non-expired food items for the Valley Food Back at Spooner House. A portion of the profits from this event will be given to Bridgeport Rescue Mission. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!
This Sunday, April 27, is the Second Sunday of Easter. The scripture is John 20:19-31. The sermon is “Beyond Sight”. The service will be live streamed on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/HCCUCC and will be available for viewing on Facebook and YouTube later on Sunday.
